Information for contacting librarians and using the library.

Library hours

The Library is closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

For help, please email reference.desk@kbcc.cuny.edu or call (718) 368-5632

For circulation questions please call (718) 368-5637 or (718) 368-5442

Looking for support with studying?  Join a virtual study hall every Tuesday from 1 PM to 3 PM.  Click here for details.

Returning books

There is no need to return your books while the library is closed! They will be automatically renewed and you will not be fined.  Please ignore any system-generated emails that list the books you have borrowed.  When the library reopens, you can return your books and will not be charged any late fees.

Alternatively, you can return your books to public safety at the Main Entrance to campus and they will provide you with a receipt. Unfortunately, this is only for KCC students and not for every CUNY student. Thank you and stay well

IT Helpdesk

The Kingsborough IT Helpdesk can assist you with your technology needs. You can reach the Helpdesk at 718-368-6679 or helpdesk@students.kbcc.cuny.edu
