This guide is intended for KCC Librarians to access assessment forms for library instruction.

Assessment Forms for ENG 12/24 (updated March 2024)

Below are the print and digital versions of the ENG 12/24 assessment forms. Copies of the print forms will be kept in the Circulation Mailroom.

Assessment Form - 1 citation (revised 4.24.24)
This is the one-pager form. Students are asked to retrieve one citation from a database.
Assessment Form - 2 citations (revised 4.24.24)
This is the two-page version. Students are asked to retrieve two citations.
