These are the learning outcomes for ENG 12/24 library instruction. These outcomes were voted on by KCC Librarians in January 2024.
Information Literacy Outcomes (related to KCC Institutional Learning Outcome #1)
- Students will identify relevant keywords and synonyms for their research project.
- Student will run a keyword search in a scholarly database.
- Student will retrieve one or two articles or scholarly resources that they can cite in their research paper.
Library Outcome
- Student will identify two ways that they can contact a librarian for help.
