Lumen Learning’s business courses
These are complete, open courses. All materials are under flexible copyright licenses and can be used/copied/adapted free of charge. If you want to use their platform for homework/grading/etc. then the cost to students is $5, to my knowledge, but this requires institutional participation with Lumen (better chance if you’d like to use multiple Lumen courses). Some customization is available.
Open Textbook Library - Business, Management, and Marketing
These are complete OER textbooks under flexible copyright licenses, so they can be edited and adapted.
This is a project out of Washington community colleges. They have curated created open and low cost materials for 80 high enrollment courses. Click on the “Browse” button to view their course materials for BUS 101. It looks to me like they created their own online open textbook. You can see the instructor’s course guide here.
Saylor Introduction to Business open online course; most materials used are under flexible copyright and can be copied/adapted; it includes an open text.
Boundless Business - Complete course including text, powerpoint slides, quizzes, etc. The content is free; if you want to use their platform for homework/grading/etc. then the cost to students is $30
College Open Textbooks - subject listing, Business
A collection of possible materials including this open book, Business Fundamentals; look for the “get this book” button to download the PDF; the site asks for a donation, but you can choose to download it for free
BCOpen campus search for business
This is a curated collection. I don’t see one complete intro to business text here, but there are other quality books on more specific topics that you might be interested adopting portions of their content.
