How To Find Your Book at the Kingsborough Library: Lookup Table

This libguide helps patrons find the location of their book in the Kingsborough Library.

What is a Call Number?

The call number serves as the book's exact address in the library. It consists of both letters and numbers. Here is a sample call number:

QP 141 .S3435 2011

The first letter of the call number determines the floor on which the book is shelved. In the above example, Q is the first letter of the call number.
